Refund policy

At So Sandy, we strive to ensure the quality of our products before shipping your order. Our shipping department inspects products carefully to minimize the chances of any defect or issue.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products listed on our website or official pages unless one of the following conditions applies:


1. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, you are entitled to request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Return or Exchange within 14 Days (Without Specific Reason)

If you wish to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing a specific reason:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp: 01225400516.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • You must send a photo or video of the product’s condition before handing it to the courier and provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order code).
  • The review process takes 3 to 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Incompatibility with Skin Type (Mila Off Cream)

If the product (Mila Off Cream) is not compatible with your skin type, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • You have proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order code).
  • You provide a photo or video of the affected area before and after use.
  • You submit medical follow-up proof from So Sandy’s medical team.
  • We will contact you within 2–7 business days after reviewing your case.
